Rangers APL | Alberta Premier League Soccer in Calgary

We’re excited to launch our second season in the Alberta Premier League (APL), formerly known as League1 Alberta. The Alberta Premier League is the province’s highest level of pro-am soccer and provides a pathway for players looking to compete at the university, semi-professional, and professional levels.

Calgary Rangers are proud to field both Men’s and Women’s teams in the APL. The league features many of Alberta’s top players and clubs while giving Rangers athletes the opportunity to continue their development in a high performance environment.

What to Expect

Home Games at Webber Academy Athletic Park

All Rangers APL home matches are played at Webber Academy Athletic Park. Our home field provides a first-class matchday experience for players, families, and supporters throughout the season.

A Proven Player Pathway

The Alberta Premier League continues to provide valuable opportunities for Rangers players. Last season, 26 Rangers youth players made their Alberta Premier League debuts. Many current Rangers athletes have progressed through our youth programs before earning opportunities at the university and semi-professional levels.

This season, 14 Calgary Rangers products are featured on our Men’s and Women’s APL rosters, including several current youth players. Every match provides another opportunity for young athletes to earn call-ups and gain experience alongside some of the province’s best players.

All proceeds from Rangers APL season and single-game tickets support our Heroes and Angels Foundation. The foundation helps families in financial need access soccer opportunities and remain involved in the game.
