Refund Policy
Registering a player in any of the Calgary Rangers Soccer Club (“the Club”) programs, and signing the registration form, binds the player and the Club to follow this policy on refunds of fees for players who do not participate in any or part of the program they registered for.
At the discretion of the Club, players who withdraw may receive some refund depending on the timing of the withdrawal and/or the reasons for the withdrawal. All refunds are subject to the withholding of the non-refundable administration fee (see below), plus an amount to cover costs already incurred on the player's behalf.
Formal requests for refunds must be made in writing to dr*****@ca************.com
CMSA Competitive Program: on or before Friday, March 22nd, 2024
Young Rangers Program, including academy: on or before Monday, April 8th, 2024
Mini Rangers Programs: on or before 10 business days prior to the first day of each session
Camps: on or before 10 business days prior to the first day of each camp
ProSkillz Program: On or before Monday, April 8th, 2024
All refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee for the Calgary Minor Soccer Association (CMSA) Program, $20 for the Young Rangers Program, $25 for the Proskillz Program, $15 for the Mini Rangers Programs, and $20 for Camps.
After this time, no refunds will be paid except for, at the discretion of the Club:
1. Injury or critical illness to the player early in the season that will not allow them to play for the rest of the season (please provide a physician’s note to Club administration); or 2. Change in family circumstances early in the season, such as moving away from the city.
In either of these cases, the amount of the refund, if any, will be decided on a case-by-case basis, approved by the Chair or Executive Director.
Please note that no refund will be given in the event of a disagreement with respect to player placement. To avoid any misunderstandings prior to evaluations, please do not hesitate to contact the Club.
Any case not covered by the above may be appealed in writing to the Board of Directors.
