At Calgary Rangers, our Academy sessions are designed to provide structured, high-quality coaching that supports the growth of players at all levels. Delivered by our trained, certified, and experienced technical staff, these sessions follow an age-specific curriculum and game model that align with the principles of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD). This approach ensures that our players not only develop fundamental soccer skills but also build the physical, technical, psychological, and social qualities necessary to succeed on and off the field.

The Academy’s focus is on developing players through the 4 corners of the game - Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological elements. By addressing all aspects of a player’s development, we ensure that they are well-rounded athletes capable of competing at any level they aspire to reach, from recreational to elite.
