How Team Placement Works
Calgary Rangers follows a structured evaluation process designed to place every player in the environment that best supports their long-term development.
Players participate in September evaluations before coaches and technical staff prepare preliminary rosters. Throughout the preseason, staff continue evaluating players during training sessions before final team placement is confirmed. This process helps ensure players are challenged appropriately while continuing to develop throughout the season.
