Small Group Training

This unique offering will feature position specific training which provides players more contact time with our tech staff. The sessions are designed to give a focus on the individual allowing them to develop their abilities and tactical understanding in the positions they play for within their teams.

Trainer’s will cover content with the players based on their positions and highlight areas to focus on as part of their development.

Overview of session:

60 Minute Session on the Pitch: Session position specific

Target Audience: Tier 1/2 and APDL Boys’ and Girls’ players

Four Week Program: @ CWSC - 11014 Bearspaw Dam Road NW

Two sessions per week

Ages: U12 to U19

Time: Between 6-8pm

Dates: March: 12th, 14th, 19th, 21st

April: 2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th
