Game Rescheduling & Field Availability

If you need to reschedule a game, please first review the CMSA Rescheduling Procedure (link provided below) to ensure you understand all league requirements and timelines.

Step 1: Review CMSA's Rescheduling Procedure

Before requesting a new game date, please review the CMSA rescheduling guidelines and requirements.

Step 3: Request Your Booking

For all 7v7 and 9v9 field bookings, once you identify an available slot, email the club to confirm your requested date and time.

The club will review the request and, once approved, add the booking to the schedule. You can then return to the availability link and see your booking reflected in the calendar.

Important Information for 7v7 and 9v9 Bookings

To maximize field availability for all members, only the following game start times will be approved:

  • 6:00 PM
  • 7:15 PM

Requests for alternative start times will not be approved.

Referee Scheduling Considerations

Whenever possible, please schedule rescheduled games immediately before or after another game on the same field.

Back-to-back scheduling helps CMSA assign referees more efficiently and increases the likelihood of referee availability. Standalone games can be more difficult for CMSA to staff and may delay the rescheduling process.

Final Reminder

Once a new game date has been agreed upon by both teams and a field has been confirmed, ensure that all CMSA rescheduling requirements are completed and submitted within the required timelines.

Field Booking Fees

Please note that the requesting team is responsible for any costs associated with booking a field for a rescheduled game.

This applies only to non-community fields where rental or booking fees are charged. Community fields that do not require a booking fee are not affected by this policy.

Teams should confirm any applicable field rental costs before submitting their rescheduling request.
